These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and iTrust88 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at itrust88.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and the redemption of bonuses and promotional offers.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided by iTrust88, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

iTrust88 operates under internationally recognised gaming compliance standards. These Terms are written in English and are intended primarily for players based in Malaysia. Malaysian players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming complies with applicable local laws and regulations. iTrust88 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful, appropriate, or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those in which it holds applicable operating authorisation.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account with iTrust88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. iTrust88 strictly enforces the 21+ age threshold in accordance with the standards applicable to casino-style gaming platforms serving Malaysian players. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and registrations by third parties acting on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested exclusion through iTrust88's own responsible gambling tools.
• You must not hold any other active or suspended Account with iTrust88. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account at any given time.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and keep that information current at all times.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of iTrust88 or any of its affiliated game providers.

To access the Platform's full functionality, including the ability to deposit, wager, and withdraw, you must complete the registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. All registration data must be accurate and correspond to official identity documentation.

Each individual is permitted to register only one Account. The creation of duplicate Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In the event duplicate Accounts are identified, iTrust88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all Accounts associated with the same individual and to void any winnings generated from such Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. iTrust88 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

In accordance with our compliance obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) frameworks, iTrust88 requires all players to complete identity verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. KYC verification may also be requested at any time at the absolute discretion of iTrust88, including in response to unusual account activity.

The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

1. Government-Issued Photo Identification: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License. The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph. Photocopies must be legible and unaltered.
2. Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, displaying your full name and current residential address.
3. Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document alongside a handwritten note bearing today's date and the text "iTrust88". Your face, the ID, and the note must all be clearly visible.
4. Payment Method Verification: Where requested, evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your DuitNow or Touch 'n Go eWallet account screen showing your name and registered number).

iTrust88 aims to process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt of all required documents. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is completed. We accept no liability for delays arising from the submission of incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation.

6.1 Deposits. iTrust88 accepts deposits via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and Tether/USDT via TRC-20 network). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the depositing player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. iTrust88 reserves the right to void any deposit and associated winnings where the funding source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method originally used for deposits where technically possible. iTrust88 reserves the right to request verification of the destination account before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are indicative only and are subject to the operating hours of the relevant payment provider:

• E-wallets (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically 5–30 minutes during business hours.
• Bank Transfer (FPX / IBG): Typically within 1 business day, subject to bank processing cycles.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): 10–60 minutes, subject to network confirmation requirements.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. To submit a withdrawal request, the following conditions must all be satisfied: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully met; (c) your requested withdrawal must not exceed your applicable withdrawal tier limit; and (d) your Account must be in good standing with no open investigations, disputes, or compliance flags.

iTrust88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the time of offer, which supplement and are to be read together with these general Terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "35x" means the Player must wager an amount equal to 35 times the bonus credited before any portion of the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Funds). Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.

7.2 Bonus Expiry. All bonus offers carry an expiry period. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period. No extensions will be granted except at the sole discretion of iTrust88.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions. iTrust88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus — and void any associated winnings — in the following circumstances:

• The Player has opened or operated multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• The Player has exploited a software error, latency vulnerability, or unintended platform behaviour to generate bonus value outside the intended game mechanics.
• The Player's wagering pattern indicates low-risk, high-return bonus abuse (e.g., placing opposite bets, placing only on near-certain outcomes to clear wagering requirements).
• The Player has provided inaccurate registration details in connection with the bonus claim.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Promotions are available to natural persons only; systematic or commercial exploitation of promotions is prohibited.

All games and sports betting markets offered on the iTrust88 Platform are governed by individual game rules and sportsbook rules, which are published within each respective game interface or betting market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules.

8.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session. iTrust88 makes no guarantee of winnings.

8.2 Sportsbook Settlements. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport. In the event of result discrepancies, iTrust88 reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation. Bets placed on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets will be settled in accordance with the standard settlement rules published in the Sportsbook terms.

8.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event that a game session is interrupted due to a technical disconnection, the round in progress will be resolved in accordance with the individual game's disconnection rules. iTrust88 will not be liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's end.

8.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or where a material error in the odds was published due to a system fault. Stake amounts on void bets are returned to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iTrust88 Platform. Breach of any of the provisions in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, or making deliberate misrepresentations at any stage of the registration, KYC, or deposit process.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform, in whole or in part, to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players at shared table games, poker rooms, or tournament formats to gain an unfair advantage over non-participating players.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or other automated tools to place bets, exploit odds movements, or conduct any activity that would not otherwise be possible through manual human play.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Deliberately placing bets or conducting transactions that exploit a known bug, error, or misconfiguration in the Platform's software or pricing systems.
• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing funds to another player (whether at a poker table or otherwise) as part of a coordinated value-transfer scheme.
• Third-Party Account Access: Allowing another person to access, operate, or place bets through your Account, or accessing another person's Account on their behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in bad faith, particularly after winnings have been claimed from funds deposited via the same payment method.

10.1 Suspension by iTrust88. iTrust88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or has evidence of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; an unresolved KYC query; regulatory compliance requirements; or receipt of a valid court order or regulatory direction.

10.2 Closure by the Player. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Funds (net of bonuses) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.3 Responsible Gambling Closure. Where a Player requests Account closure for responsible gambling reasons (e.g., self-exclusion), iTrust88 will process the closure as a priority and will not send further marketing communications to that Player. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied; extension requests are accepted at any time.

10.4 Re-registration After Closure. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not register a new Account for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by re-registering under a different identity constitute a breach of these Terms.

iTrust88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become harmful for a minority. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. iTrust88 will notify you when your limit is approaching and will automatically log you out upon expiry.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) showing your current session duration and net gaming position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. During self-exclusion, your Account will be fully suspended and all marketing communications will cease.

The minimum age for access to iTrust88 is 21 years. All registrations are subject to age verification. We use third-party age verification services and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

All content on the iTrust88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of iTrust88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or use iTrust88's brand assets in any commercial context without express prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or other communications you submit to iTrust88 regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iTrust88 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — relating to the Platform and its services, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

iTrust88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including: loss of winnings resulting from technical failure; loss of data; loss of opportunity; or any other form of economic loss — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if iTrust88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude iTrust88's liability for: death or personal injury caused by gross negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that no outcome is guaranteed, and that iTrust88's published RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages rather than individual session guarantees. You gamble at your own risk and should only wager funds you can afford to lose.

iTrust88 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at itrust88.cam/privacy-policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and gameplay is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalised services. iTrust88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver our services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by iTrust88 at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that certain data retention obligations under AML and KYC regulations may limit our ability to delete certain records.

iTrust88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or via an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by law that take effect immediately), notice may not be given prior to publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version was published.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 10.2.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iTrust88 holds its principal gaming operating authorisation.

16.1 Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our service, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

16.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may request that the matter be escalated to our compliance department. Escalation requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint – Escalation Request".

16.3 Limitation Period. Any legal claim arising from these Terms must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted outside this period will not be entertained.
