How iTrust88 Protects Your Data

Encrypted at Every Layer

All data transmitted between your device and the iTrust88 platform is encrypted using current TLS protocols. Stored personal data and KYC documents are held on encrypted servers with access controls limiting exposure to authorised personnel only.

No Data Sales — Ever

iTrust88 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers or data brokers under any circumstances. Your information is used only for the purposes described in this Policy, not to generate advertising revenue from external parties.

You Control Your Data

Registered Players have the right to access, correct, and (where legally permissible) request deletion of their personal data. All data rights requests are processed within 30 calendar days of receipt, free of charge for the first request per12-month period.

Minimum Necessary Collection

We collect only the data that is genuinely required to provide our services, fulfill our regulatory obligations, and keep your Account secure. We do not collect data speculatively or build secondary profiles for unrelated commercial purposes.

Defined Retention Periods

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary — either for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations (e.g., AML record-keeping requirements). We do not hold data indefinitely.

Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, iTrust88 will notify affected players without undue delay and take immediate steps to contain the breach, assess its scope, and mitigate any potential harm.
